“A Family Tradition Since 1950”

Our family has been in the Masonry industry since 1950. That’s three generations of “Stackers” as our Grandfather, E.O Nevil, used to call them. He was a successful builder, developer and masonry contractor. Every day he would bring his son, Mike Nevil, my Dad, along with his brick crew, passing on his passion for the trade and teaching him the value of a hard days work. My Grandfather’s love of masonry was contagious, and in 1976, my Dad (with a little help from Granddad) founded Nevil Masonry Supply, which distributes masonry products to Masonry Contractors. Then in 1987, Dad started Plano Cast Stone, which produces structural cast stone products. Nevil Masonry Supply currently has three locations in the DFW area and both companies are now owned and operated by our uncle, Bradley A. Nevil.

In 1995, we started Tejas Textured Stone, a company that produces manufactured stone veneer. After more than a decade of success, we sold Tejas to the Pavestone Corporation in 2006, but retained ownership of A&B Masonry, the installation arm of Tejas, and we continue to grow to this day.

Through the years, ten members of the Nevil family, have worked in this industry. Although Granddad has gone on to be with the Lord and Dad’s gone fishing, six of us are still going strong.

A&B Masonry was built on a legacy of “stackers”. We’re a family business, small enough to know you, and big enough to take care of you. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, the integrity of our business, and the value of our relationships.
